We started with several conversations to unpack the clinic's values, patient experience, and unique differentiators. What emerged was clear: SD Ketamine is more than a clinic. They are a beacon of hope for those navigating some of life’s hardest moments.
The first step was redesigning their logo. We presented two updated logo concepts, each embodying their core values of hope, healing, and transformation. Both logos used earthy tones—greens, browns, and creams—to create a calming and inviting atmosphere while maintaining a professional, polished appearance. The rounded fonts and minimalist design reinforce the approachable nature of their care, making their brand more relatable and human.
One of our favorite details was the logomark—a modern, abstract "SD" design that also represented a journey, much like the arc of a rainbow. The logo symbolizes the transformation from a storm of struggle to the hope and light that come with recovery. It represents the clinic’s mission of guiding individuals through difficult times and leading them toward healing and hope.
With the visual identity in place, we then focused on rebuilding SD Ketamine’s website. We knew the website needed to be more than just an informational tool—it had to be easy to navigate, answer important questions, and remove the fear from potential clients seeking treatment.
