In healthcare, she drove growth as a Project Manager and Marketing Director. Today, Tanna delivers tailored marketing solutions, emphasizing excellence and genuine connections. In her free time, she enjoys the gym, crafts and home projects.

Sara is an experienced marketer, designer, and licensed architect. Her professional experience and education inform her balanced approach to developing marketing strategies that align with clients’ creative and business objectives. Prior to joining Strategie, Sara most recently served as the VP at Startup Sioux Falls. She is passionate about learning, building authentic relationships, and team-building. In her free time, she enjoys reading, basketball, and fashion.

In 2021, Tanna started Strategie after completing the CO.STARTERS program at Startup Sioux Falls. In her mind, it was a test to see if entrepreneurship was right for her. Strategie ended up taking off a lot sooner than expected and quickly became her full-time job.
Tanna's and Sara's paths first crossed when Sara, then Vice President at Startup Sioux Falls, became one of Tanna's first clients. Tanna, who was coworking out of the Startup Sioux Falls space, quickly realized how well their skills complemented each other.
In spring 2024, during a casual conversation while rollerblading (yes, really), the idea of a partnership emerged. They discovered that their business values and future visions were aligned. They were inspired to explore what a partnership could look like, which continued to make sense with each subsequent conversation. And as they say…the rest is history.
