Tanna Soukup
Founder, CEO
Tanna started her marketing career over a decade ago by opening a women’s clothing boutique, where she learned about brand building and customer engagement. She then expanded her experience across various industries as a Digital Solutions Strategist in healthcare and the Marketing Director for an aesthetics clinic. Tanna returned to her entrepreneurial roots to launch Strategie, helping growth-focused businesses create tailored marketing solutions. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dogs, as well as working out and reading mystery novels.
Sara Lum
Creative Partner
Sara brings a unique blend of marketing, design, and business expertise to Strategie. Her career began in architecture, where she developed a keen eye for detail and creative problem-solving. Most recently, she served as Vice President at Startup Sioux Falls, where she helped guide the organization through a key transition and embraced her entrepreneurial interests. Her diverse background informs her balanced approach to developing marketing strategies that align clients' creative and business objectives. In her spare time, she enjoys creative pursuits, exercising, and spending time with family and friends.
