Building Trust and Flexibility for Era Health

Era Health originally launched as Era Health and Hormone, but as the practice grew, the team realized their branding no longer reflected where they were headed. The name felt limiting, overly specific, and lacked the credibility and discretion needed in the healthcare space. Without an established brand or cohesive visual identity, Era also faced challenges building trust with potential patients and standing out in a competitive market. They needed a brand that felt professional, approachable, and flexible, along with a website experience that made it easy for patients to learn about services and take the next step.

Overview
Strategie partnered with Era to redefine their brand and create a foundation for long-term growth. We simplified the name to Era Health, removing “Hormone” to create space for expansion while offering a more discreet and inclusive identity for patients. We developed the tagline “Thrive in Every Era” to clearly communicate Era’s mission: helping patients live more balanced, confident lives through hormone therapy, weight loss treatments, sexual wellness services, and more.
Strategy
We built a complete brand identity designed to inspire trust and credibility. Soft edges, inviting blues, and a grounding cognac brown created an elevated look while maintaining a clear connection to health care through a refined blue color palette. The brand was designed to be professional yet approachable, establishing Era Health as a credible presence in the healthcare space while remaining welcoming to patients seeking support.
Execution
The new brand was rolled out across every touchpoint, including:
- Swag and apparel
- Marketing and social media assets
- Print materials and patient handouts
This consistency helped Era Health establish instant brand recognition and build confidence with both new and returning patients.
Results
By investing in a cohesive brand, Era Health now has a strong foundation for long-term growth. The brand positions them as credible and trustworthy in the healthcare space, while the website (coming March 2026) supports patient confidence and action. Most importantly, Era Health is now equipped to expand their clinic, scale their services, and launch future marketing initiatives with consistency and confidence. With a clear brand and strong digital presence in place, they’re set up to grow for years to come.
